Return Policy
If you purchased your National Tree Company product through a retailer, such as Amazon, Wayfair etc., to name a few, please contact the retailer for their return policy as National Tree Company will not be able to assist.
If you purchased your product directly through National Tree Company’s website https://shop.nationaltree.com/, We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item or prior to December 25th (whichever comes first) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received- unused with tags and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/proof of purchase or your order number.
We offer return shipping labels for your convenience, costing $75 per box for trees, firepits and patio furniture. All other products are $25 per box. For any item purchased for $35 or less, there will be a $10 return fee per box. Unfortunately, you cannot buy your own shipping label, the return label MUST be purchased through National Tree Company or you will not receive a refund.
To request a return, please call us at (888) 494-7278. Please have your order number readily available as well as the item number you are requesting to return. In addition to that, you will need to provide a credit card number you wish to put the return label fee on.

Damages and Product Defects
If you purchased your National Tree Company product through a retailer, such as Amazon, Wayfair, etc., to name a few, please contact the retailer for their assistance as National Tree Company will not be able to assist.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at service@nationaltree.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In your email, please provide your order number, the item number you are inquiring about, and pictures of the item. Please note that if this is not done within 30 days after receipt of the package or prior to December 25th (whichever comes first), National Tree Company will no longer be able to assist in any damages or defects.
After National Tree Company reviews the email, if we deem there is damage to the item or an issue with a defect, we will provide return shipping labels to the customer.
Non-Returnable items
All items are no longer eligible for return 30-days after receipt of the item or after December 25th, whichever comes first.
We also do not accept returns on items that are final sale or purchased by use of gift card.

Exchanges
We are unable to accept exchanges. Instead, please process the return by calling us at (888) 494-7278 and place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds for Returns
We will provide an email update once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days on the original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may take 3-7 business days to process and post the refund to your account.
Please note that if the credit card used for the original method of payment has expired or is no longer valid, we will be unable to process a refund.
