Return Policy

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
 
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received- unused with tags and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase with the Purchase Order Number.
 
To start a return, please contact us at service@nationaltree.com  with the Subject Header: National Tree Online Return- Purchase Order Number X.   The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please note that returns sent without a purchase order number clearly labeled on the outside of the box or label will not be accepted.

Damages and Product Defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at service@nationaltree.com if the item is defective, damaged or if the incorrect item was sent. 

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items we will provide prepaid return shipping labels to the customer.

 

Non-Returnable items
All items that are received after the 30 day return policy cannot be returned or exchanged.

Also, we do not accept returns on items that are final sale or gift cards.

Exchanges
We are unable to accept exchanges at this time.  Instead, please process the return with service@nationaltree.com and place a separate order for the new item.  

 

Refunds
We will provide an email update once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days on the original payment method.  Please note that the bank or credit card company may take a few days to process and post the refund.
