Return Policy

If you purchased your product through a retailer, such as Amazon, Wayfair, etc., please contact the retailer for their return policy as National Tree Company will not be able to assist.

If you purchased your product directly through National Tree Company’s website, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item or prior to December 25th (whichever comes first) to request a return.
 
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received- unused with tags and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase with the Purchase Order Number.

We offer return shipping labels for your convenience, costing $55 per box for trees, firepits and patio furniture. All other products are $15 per box. Unfortunately, you cannot buy your own shipping label, the return label MUST be purchased through National Tree or you will not receive a refund.
 
To start a return, please contact us at service@nationaltree.com with the Subject Header: National Tree Online Return- Purchase Order Number X. Please include a callback number in your email. Additionally, you can call us at (888) 494-7278.

Please note that returns sent without a purchase order number clearly labeled on the outside of the box or label will not be accepted.

Damages and Product Defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at service@nationaltree.com if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. 

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items we will provide return shipping labels to the customer.

 

Non-Returnable items
All items that are received after the 30-day return policy cannot be returned or exchanged.

Also, we do not accept returns on items that are final sale or gift cards.

Exchanges
We are unable to accept exchanges.  Instead, please process the return with service@nationaltree.com and place a separate order for the new item.  

 

Refunds
We will provide an email update once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days on the original payment method.  Please note that the bank or credit card company may take a few days to process and post the refund.
