To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received- unused with tags and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/proof of purchase or your order number.
We offer return shipping labels for your convenience, costing $75 per box for trees, firepits and patio furniture. All other products are $25 per box. For any item purchased for $35 or less, there will be a $10 return fee per box. Unfortunately, you cannot buy your own shipping label, the return label MUST be purchased through National Tree Company or you will not receive a refund.
To request a return, please call us at 1-888-494-7278. Please have your order number readily available as well as the item number you are requesting to return. In addition to that, you will need to provide a credit card number you wish to put the return label fee on.
If you purchased your National Tree Company product through a retailer, such as Amazon, Wayfair etc., to name a few, please contact the retailer for assistance with any issues or concerns you may have as National Tree will not be able to assist.
However, if you have purchased your product directly through the National Tree Company’s website https://shop.nationaltree.com/, we are here to assist you. If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, we suggest that you first check around your house and reach out to your neighbors to see if they received it by mistake. If you are still unable to locate your package, please don’t hesitate
to reach out to us.
Furthermore, if you suspect that any portion of your order is incorrect, we kindly request that you open all packages first and check the items carefully. No, our warranty is only valid inside the continental United States.
To place a warranty claim, you must first register your tree on our website. You can click here to register your tree. If you are unable to register your tree yourself, you can contact us, and we can assist. After your tree is registered, please contact us with any warranty-related issues so we can assist you.
You can click here to register your tree. It will bring you to a page on our website that will ask you to fill out some of your information including item number, UPC number, purchase date, and receipt. If you are unable to register your tree yourself, you can contact us, and we can assist.
You can find your item number and UPC code on the original box the product was delivered in. The UPC code will always start with 729083. You can click here to view a video that will show you exactly where to find this information.
If you are purchasing directly through our National Tree Company website, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay and Apple Pay .

Order Tracking & Shipping

If you purchased your product directly through National Tree Company’s website, we will send you an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can use that tracking number to enter into FedEx’s website.

If you purchased your product directly through National Tree Company’s website, under normal circumstances, we will ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it. After we ship your order, it generally takes between 1 and 5 business days for FedEx to deliver your order. That being said, in most cases, you can expect your order to arrive between 2 and 6 business days after placing your order.

If you purchased your product through National Tree Company’s website, unfortunately we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed. Our streamlined processing system ensures that orders are shipped out very quickly, typically within minutes of being placed. This rapid turnaround time means we are unable to modify or cancel orders after submission. Thank you for your understanding.

Once you find the product that you would like to review on our website, scroll down and look at the bottom right of the screen. There will be a button there that says, “Write a Review”. Once all fields are filled out, there is a button on the bottom that says, “Submit Review”. You can click “Submit Review” when you are complete and ready to post your review.

Yes, replacement parts are available for select items. Please contact us for part requests. When contacting us, please make sure to have the item number you need a replacement part for available. You can find the item number on the original box your item came in. You can also click here for a video that shows you exactly where to find it. From there, we will inform you if we carry replacement parts for that item and assist with your inquiry.

For many years artificial Christmas Trees, Wreaths, Garlands and related items have been constructed of PVC (poly vinyl chloride) material. PVC is easy to control and shape, and provided the most realistic duplication of nature's design. PVC is very popular and continues to be used in today's manufacturing processes.
Advances in technology have allowed the creation of a new construction process that has really taken artificial Christmas Trees to the next level. PE (polyethylene) or what we call “Feel Real” is a material that creates an even more realistic product that not only looks like the branches of a tree but also feels like the real thing.
The branch tips of PE trees are molded from actual tree branches and then combined with conventional PVC material creating the most realistic reproduction available. These Christmas Trees are so life-like that it's difficult to tell the difference between our trees and the real thing!

No, our Christmas trees are designed for indoor display only. Our entrance trees can be kept outdoors under a covered area that is not directly exposed to the elements.

After the season, place your tree back in the original box or buy one of our tree bags to keep the tree protected. Also, it is important to keep your tree away from heat and moisture.
