Artificial Christmas Trees 6.5 ft. and Taller
Product registration is required to place the warranty into effect. Register online at nationaltree.com and retain the sales receipt showing the purchase date and place.

This limited warranty applies only to qualifying purchases made in the contiguous United States from authorized National Tree Company retailers.
Please read this warranty thoroughly and familiarize yourself with its restrictions and requirements.

What the Warranty Covers
National Tree Company warrants qualifying trees against manufacturer-only defects. A covered defect may result in replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund.
National Tree Company warrants the incandescent and low voltage LED light sets on its pre-lit trees 6.5 ft. and taller against manufacturer-only defects in material or workmanship for a period of three (3) years from date of purchase.
National Tree Company warrants the PowerConnect system against manufacturer-only defects in material or workmanship for a period of three (3) years for incandescent and low voltage LED lights.
Indoor Use Requirement
Outdoor use voids the warranty. To qualify for coverage, the tree must be displayed in an enclosed indoor environment protected by four walls and a roof.
Tree Stands
The tree stand supplied with the tree is covered unless it breaks from stress caused by tipping or moving a fully assembled or decorated tree.
What Is Not Covered
- Trees used as in-store display trees
- First Tradition branded trees
- Loss of flocking and glitter. Pieces of flocking and glitter may loosen in the carton during shipping and handling or during normal use. This is normal.
- Outdoor use or display outside an enclosed indoor environment with four walls and a roof
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, heat, moisture, or normal wear
- Tree stand damage caused by tipping or moving a fully assembled or decorated tree
- Pre-lit tree sections from which factory-attached functioning or nonfunctioning light strings have been removed
When damage is not covered, available parts may be purchased for a fee plus shipping charges.

Warranty claims may be submitted at any time. Warranty-related replacements are processed only between January 15 and September 15 due to increased order volume and customer support demand during the holiday season. Claims received outside this period will be reviewed and queued until processing resumes.

Important Care and Service Notes
- Keep the product away from heat and moisture.
- Keep the original product carton for storage and for possible warranty-service shipping.
- Do not remove factory-attached light strings from any section of a pre-lit tree. Doing so voids the warranty.
Limit of Remedy
If a covered defect is confirmed, National Tree Company will provide the applicable replacement remedy available under this warranty. National Tree Company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential costs or damages related to the use of the product.
